VOL. I, ISSUE I: ORIGIN

THEATRE LOVERS

FILM SYNOPSIS

Theatre Lovers is a short film that suspends viewers in a moment in time, using a voyeuristic vantage point to frame an interaction between two strangers. By inserting audiences into an intimate conversation that tiptoes around taboos and subtle mishaps, Theatre Lovers exposes the impact of identity on everyday communication.  We have all seen films about hate, and we've all seem films about love, but has there ever been a film about intrigue that manifests itself as hate but is actually an invitation for potential love? Theatre Lovers is an awkward modern tale of 2 people exposing the subtle complexities of race, class, and age barriers that often come between us.
